Seeking Direction in Career Transition

I’m feeling really overwhelmed with my job situation right now. I've been working in the same company for over 10 years but I know it’s time for a change. I have an interview next Wednesday for a position I really want, but I’m anxious about whether I’m qualified enough. Honestly, the thought of starting fresh and learning new things is exciting, but I fear failing in a new environment. I also have this nagging worry about the financial impact of switching jobs.
