Seeking Direction in Career Transition

I’m feeling really overwhelmed with my job situation right now. I've been working in the same company for over 10 years but I know it’s time for a change. I have an interview next Wednesday for a position I really want, but I’m anxious about whether I’m qualified enough. Honestly, the thought of starting fresh and learning new things is exciting, but I fear failing in a new environment. I also have this nagging worry about the financial impact of switching jobs. I’d appreciate any prayers for clarity, courage, and finding the right path. Thank you for being in my corner.
