Health Struggles and Recovery

Lately, I’ve been dealing with a resurgence of chronic back pain that started a few months ago. Initially, I thought it was just stress from balancing work and family, but the intensity has made everyday tasks feel daunting. I saw a specialist last week, and they suggested physical therapy, which I’m reluctantly considering. It feels overwhelming, especially with a busy schedule and concerns about expenses. I appreciate any prayers for strength and guidance through this. My hope is to regain full mobility and reduce the pain, allowing me to fully enjoy life with my family again. Thank you for standing with me during this tough time.
