Lately, I’ve been dealing with a resurgence of chronic back pain that started a few months ago. Initially, I thought it was just stress from balancing work and family, but the intensity has made everyday tasks feel daunting. I saw a specialist last week, and they suggested physical therapy, which I’m reluctantly considering. It feels overwhelming, especially with a busy schedule and concerns about expenses. I appreciate any prayers for strength and guidance through this. My hope is to regain full mobility and reduce the pain, allowing me to fully enjoy life with my family again.
