Struggling with Anxiety and Health

I've been really overwhelmed lately. For the past few months, anxiety has been taking a toll on my health, leading to insomnia and constant fatigue. It's tough because I feel like I'm dragging through each day. On top of that, I’ve been dealing with these nasty stomach issues that started about six weeks ago, and I can’t seem to figure out what’s causing them. I have a doctor's appointment scheduled for next Friday, but it feels so far away, and I'm nervous about what they might say. I would really appreciate your prayers for clarity and healing, and that I can find some peace along the way.
