Struggling with Anxiety and Healing

This week has been really tough. My anxiety has been through the roof, and it’s affecting my sleep and focus. Simple tasks seem overwhelming, and I feel a bit lost trying to manage it all. On top of that, I've been dealing with digestive issues for the last three months, which makes me feel drained and frustrated. I have a doctor's appointment Friday, and I’m honestly scared about what they might find. Please pray for peace and clarity during this time. I just need strength to embrace whatever comes next and to start feeling like myself again.
