Seeking Peace in Transition

I'm feeling really overwhelmed with everything that's changing in my life right now. With my daughter moving away for college next month and my job becoming more demanding, I find myself battling anxiety almost daily. I keep worrying about whether I’ll manage everything and stay connected with her. People say that change is good, but honestly, it feels pretty scary.
