Seeking Peace Amidst Anxiety

Things have felt overwhelming lately. With work ramping up and managing family responsibilities, my anxiety has been really high—like a weight sitting on my chest. I wake up feeling tight and nervous, unsure how to tackle the day. I've been struggling with sleepless nights, some averaging only four hours. I'm also facing a big decision regarding a potential job change, which is causing a lot of second-guessing and fear about the future. I just want to feel that peace, the kind that calms the storm inside me. I'd appreciate prayers for clarity, comfort, and the ability to trust in this uncertain season.
