Seeking Healing for Relationships

I’ve been feeling pretty lonely lately, especially after losing touch with some close friends. It’s hard to see them moving on with their lives while I feel stuck. There’s a tension with one friend in particular, and it’s weighing on me—I miss the connection we once had. I know we both need to reach out and talk, but I’m scared of how it might go. Also, my heart aches for a deeper sense of community, somewhere I really feel I belong. I’m hoping for guidance in reconnecting with others and finding healing in these relationships.
