Navigating Health Challenges

I'm reaching out because I’m really struggling with my health right now. After battling chronic fatigue for months, it’s been hard to find the energy I need to keep up with everything. I was recently diagnosed with an autoimmune condition and I’m still trying to understand what that means for my daily life. I’ve got a doctor’s appointment scheduled for next week and honestly, I’m anxious about what they might say. I feel like I’m being pulled in a thousand directions. Between balancing home responsibilities and trying to stay focused at work, it's taking a toll on my mental health. Some days I just feel completely out of it and I can't shake the worry that I won’t be able to manage it all this way. If you could keep me in your thoughts and prayers for healing and clarity, I would appreciate it so much. I know I've got a long road ahead, but I’m hoping for some relief — both physically and emotionally — and some wisdom about what steps to take next.
