Navigating Grief After Loss

Over the past month, I've been trying to process the sudden loss of my aunt to cancer. We weren't just family; she was one of my closest friends and confidantes. It's hard to wrap my head around how quickly she went from planning our next family get-together to being gone. There are moments when waves of sadness hit unexpectedly, and all I can do is remember the laughter and joy she brought to my life. I'm feeling a bit lost and overwhelmed with everything going on. If you could pray for peace and comfort for me and my family, it would mean so much. I know she wouldn't want us to be burdened by grief, and I'm hoping to find healing in the midst of this heartache.
