Navigating Career Changes

I've been in my current role for over a decade, and it's been hard to admit that I’m feeling burnt out and unfulfilled. The last few months have brought a mix of anxiety and confusion as I contemplate what to do next. I know I need to make a change, but the thought of starting over is daunting, and I wrestle with second-guessing myself. I'm applying for new positions, but I’m struggling to even get interviews. I had one scheduled for Tuesday, which gave me a bit of hope, but I’m still feeling uncertain about the outcome. More than just finding a job, I grapple with what my true calling might be at this stage in life. It's as if I’m standing at a crossroads and can’t see the way forward clearly. I want to trust that God has a plan for me, yet the stress is affecting my peace of mind. Please pray that I find clarity and confidence through this transition. I hope for opportunities that align with my skills and passions, and that I can let go of the fear holding me back. Your support means the world to me.
