Health and Healing for a New Season
This past year has been tough on my health. I’ve been dealing with chronic back pain that's left me pretty limited in what I can do daily. It's been three months since I started physical therapy, and while there have been some improvements, some days just feel heavy and discouraging. I have a follow-up appointment next Thursday to see what the next steps are, and I'm feeling nervous about that. Not just for me, but also how this affects my family since they lean on me a lot. I really appreciate any prayers for strength and healing. Thank you for being there during this time.
