Healing from Ongoing Pain

I'm in a rough place right now with my health. For the past three months, I’ve been dealing with these awful back pains that make it hard for me to focus on anything—work, family time, you name it. I've tried physical therapy, but it's been such a slow process and some days I just feel defeated. I keep pushing myself, but honestly, some days it's hard to get out of bed. I have a follow-up appointment next Thursday, and I’m praying for clarity on what the next steps should be. I know I shouldn’t feel this way, but the pain really affects my mood and I've found myself feeling anxious and overwhelmed. It’s tough to explain to my family why I’m not as present as I want to be. I'm hoping for some healing—whether that comes from the doctors or just a shift in how I’m coping mentally with all of this. Thank you for your prayers; it really means a lot to me. I just want to find relief so I can enjoy life and be there for those I love.
