Healing and Clarity in Transition

I’m feeling a bit overwhelmed lately. After dealing with chronic back pain for over six months, I finally have an appointment with a specialist on the 15th. I’ve tried various treatments and nothing seems to bring relief. Honestly, it's exhausting, and I find it hard to stay positive some days. I worry about how this pain is affecting my ability to enjoy life and connect with others, especially during this transition phase when so much feels uncertain. Also, I’m struggling mentally. With recent changes around me, I feel like I’m in a fog. I know that I need to focus on my well-being, but it feels like a constant battle between hope and anxiety. If you could keep me in your thoughts and prayers, I would appreciate any strength and clarity you can send my way. I believe in the power of community and prayer, and I’m hoping for both healing in my body and peace in my mind. Thank you for always being there.
