Guidance for Career Transitions

It’s been a tough few months for me. I’m currently feeling lost in my career after 10 years in the same field. My company is restructuring, and with that uncertainty, I’ve been grappling with whether to stay and continue down this path or to make a leap into something new. I had a conversation with an old colleague about a potential opportunity in a different industry, but I’m scared. What if I fail? What if it doesn’t provide the stability I need? On top of that, the stress at work has been overwhelming. It’s affecting my interactions with my family, and I feel like I’m carrying this burden alone. It’s hard to be present when my mind is constantly racing about job security and career direction. Please pray that I find clarity about the next steps to take. I really want to make the right decision and find peace with whatever choice I make. I have a meeting scheduled for next Tuesday to discuss this opportunity further, and I’m feeling anxious but hopeful. I want to approach it with confidence.
