Facing Health Challenges

I’m feeling pretty overwhelmed lately. My doctor recently diagnosed me with rheumatoid arthritis, which has made simple daily tasks feel like climbing mountains. With my hands and knees stiff and painful, I haven't been able to keep up with routine things around the house. I’m trying to manage the pain with medications, but it feels like a constant battle. Honestly, it’s taking a toll not just physically, but mentally too. I know depression can creep in when you least expect it—especially now as I navigate this change in my health. This past Monday, I spoke with my doctor about possibly starting a new treatment, but I’m so anxious about the side effects. Prayers for clarity and peace around the decisions I have to make would be so appreciated. I’m also praying for the strength to adjust my daily routine and not let the frustration overcome me. With everything going on, it’s hard to remember what it feels like to be pain-free, but I still hold on to hope.
