Struggling with Heart Health
This is a tough one for me. For the past few months, I've been dealing with some serious heart issues—my doctor says it's likely related to the stress I've been under. I've had to make lifestyle changes, but it’s been hard to stick to them. Honestly, I’m feeling a bit lost and overwhelmed. I've got two kids who depend on me, and the thought of this affecting them scares me. I have a check-up next Thursday and really need clarity about the next steps. Please pray for my health and for some peace of mind through this whole ordeal. I know my family could use some positive energy right now.
