Struggling with Health Concerns

I've been dealing with chronic back pain for the last six months, and it's become increasingly difficult to manage daily tasks. Honestly, it feels like I’m carrying this weight both physically and emotionally. The other day, I couldn't even play outside with my kids—something I miss dearly. I'm working with my doctor on a treatment plan, but the constant pain has really taken a toll on my mental health too. Some days I feel hopeless and just confused about how to balance everything while feeling like this. I have an appointment next Thursday to discuss possible therapies and maybe even medication adjustments. I’m praying for clarity and for wisdom to make the right choices regarding my health. Please pray that I can find some relief soon and that I won’t feel so burdened. I really want to enjoy life with my family again without this pain hovering over us. Thank you for taking the time to lift me up.
