Struggling with Financial Anxiety

I’ve been feeling overwhelmed with my student loans lately, which are about $15,000, and I’m not sure how to make it work. There’s a payment due next week, and I just don’t have the funds. I’m praying for peace and guidance on how to manage this and hope for some unexpected provision to lighten this heavy load.
