Struggling with Depression

I've been feeling really low lately, struggling with depression that’s been hitting hard for about six months now. I had to cancel plans with friends this past week, and I know that's not helping. Please pray for strength and clarity, and that I can find the right support I need. I just feel so overwhelmed and lost.
