Seeking Strength and Recovery

I've been struggling with severe anxiety for the past few months. It feels relentless and often makes simple daily tasks feel overwhelming. I've tried different strategies, but the mental fatigue is really taking a toll on me. I also found out I’m facing potential surgery on the 10th for a health issue I didn’t see coming — just when things seemed to be getting better.
