Seeking Peace Amidst Anxiety

This past month has been heavy. I find myself constantly anxious about my job security and the upcoming transitions that feel so daunting. With deadlines looming and the uncertainty of projects, it’s like a weight I can’t shake off. I know I need to trust that God has a plan, but honestly, the worry can be overwhelming. Just yesterday, I had a minor panic attack. I've been trying to breathe and stay grounded, but it’s hard to get past the fear that keeps creeping in.
