Seeking Peace Amid Anxiety

Honestly, I've been feeling really overwhelmed lately. Between work deadlines that seem to pile up, family responsibilities that I can’t ignore, and just the general uncertainties of life, I find myself gripped by anxiety. It's like a tight knot in my chest that's hard to shake off, and it comes at the worst times – trying to fall asleep, or during my morning runs, which I used to enjoy. I know the stress isn't just going to magically disappear, but I’m craving some peace of mind. I’m specifically struggling with an upcoming project deadline on the 15th and worrying about whether I’ll make it happen. It feels like there’s so much riding on this, and I can’t shake the fear of disappointing my team. Plus, my kids have been coming to me with their own worries about school and friendships, and I want to be a source of strength for them, but I feel like I’m barely holding it together. If you could pray for clarity, peace, and strength for us all – that I can trust God in the midst of this chaos – I’d really appreciate it. Thank you for being there.
