I've been struggling with some severe arthritis pain in my knees for the past year. It's been really challenging, impacting my mobility and everyday life in ways I never expected. I have a doctor's appointment scheduled for next Tuesday to discuss treatment options, but honestly, I'm feeling overwhelmed and scared about what it might mean for my quality of life moving forward.
