Seeking Harmony in Family Dynamics
I need some serious prayer for my family right now. We’ve been going through a rough patch. My two adult kids, Sam and Liz, have been struggling to communicate since Sam got engaged last month. There’s been a lot of tension over wedding planning, and frankly, it’s tearing us apart instead of bringing us together. Honestly, I haven't seen my wife this stressed in a while either, and it makes me worried about our marriage. We just seem to keep snapping at each other. Between the wedding drama and my aging parents needing more help than ever, things are feeling overwhelming. My dad needs assistance with daily tasks, and my mom is anxious about his health, which shifts my focus and energy away from my kids and wife. I know it sounds crazy, but it feels like we’re all drifting further apart at a time when we should be leaning on each other. I truly pray for understanding, compassion, and unity within our family.
