Navigating Life's Changes

I’ve been thinking a lot about this new season in my life, and honestly, it’s kind of overwhelming. My relationship with my adult children has shifted in ways I'm not sure I understand, and I find myself struggling to connect with them like I used to. It's hard to watch them make their own choices, especially when I worry they might not always be the best ones. I've also got some health issues cropping up that make me feel like I'm not as engaged and present as I'd like to be. Could I ask for some prayer for wisdom in communication with my kids? It feels like I’m losing touch, and that's really weighing on me.
