Navigating Grief and Healing

I'm really struggling right now. It's been about three months since my sister passed away unexpectedly. I still can't wrap my head around it. Some days, it feels like nothing happened, and I'm just going through the motions. Other days, I’m overwhelmed with tears over the little things—a picture of us, a song on the radio. It hits me hard. I know grief is a process, and I’m trying to give myself grace, but honestly, it's just so hard. I find myself feeling isolated; my friends care, but they don’t truly understand the depth of this pain. I’m trying to find ways to honor her memory, but it’s like every step forward feels heavy with sadness. I’m asking for prayers as I navigate this grief. I really want to find comfort and peace instead of this constant ache. Just some comfort in knowing I'm not alone in this. Thank you for being here for me, it means more than you know.
