Navigating Family Dynamics

I’ve been feeling overwhelmed lately with ongoing tensions in my family. It’s tricky since my kids are caught in the middle, and they don’t deserve that stress. I know we all want what’s best for each other, but there always seems to be miscommunication. There’s a family gathering planned for Saturday, and I’m dreading it. Just hoping for peace and some clarity. Honestly, I want to approach this with grace, but I feel anxious.
