Navigating Anxiety in Uncertain Times
There’s so much weighing on my mind right now, and I’m struggling with overwhelming anxiety. I’ve got this huge decision on the horizon—a job opportunity that could change everything, but it comes with a lot of uncertainty. I keep worrying about finances, living situations, and whether I’m capable enough to take this on. My heart races as I try to find peace amidst all these thoughts.
