Healing Through Grief and Loss

This past month has been incredibly tough for me. I lost my brother unexpectedly, and the emptiness is overwhelming. I find myself in tears at the strangest moments, and anxiety creeps in when I least expect it. It feels almost unbearable knowing I have to navigate the busy upcoming weeks of work and family responsibilities while grappling with this grief. I just want to find comfort and healing. Please pray that I can remember the good times we shared and have the strength to lean on loved ones during this time. I know I’m not alone in this, but some days, it feels like a heavy burden. Thank you.
