Guidance for Career Transition

I’m feeling a bit lost right now with my career path. After 15 years at my current job, I’m looking to make a change, but I’m struggling to find direction. The job market is overwhelming, and I feel a lot of pressure to get it right. I have a couple of interviews lined up next week, and I’m anxious about making a good impression and figuring out if they’re the right fit for me. Honestly, I just want clarity on the next steps and the courage to trust the process. Any prayers for guidance and peace during this transition would mean a lot.
