Guidance for a Tough Decision

There's a lot weighing on me right now, and I could really use some prayer. I've been offered a chance to lead a new project at work, but it means moving my family to another state. My oldest son is just starting high school, and I’m worried about the disruption this could cause. Honestly, I feel torn between career advancement and what's best for my family. It's a significant pay raise, but I don't want it to come at the expense of my kids' stability. The decision is looming, and I need wisdom as we navigate this together. Prayers for clarity would mean a lot.
