Struggles with Family Dynamics
I've been feeling really overwhelmed with everything happening at home. My son, Jake, is 16 and has been struggling with his grades lately. He’s usually so motivated, but I can see the stress of school is weighing heavily on him. I have tried to talk to him, but he’s been distant, and it’s breaking my heart. I want to find the right way to connect with him without pushing him away further. On top of that, my parents are getting older. My mom has been needing more help with day-to-day tasks, and I’m feeling the pressure of balancing that with my own family’s needs. My husband, Mark, has been supportive, but it's hard for us to find quality time together with everything going on. I’m worried about how this will affect our relationship if we can’t carve out even a few moments for ourselves. I’m asking for prayer for wisdom in dealing with Jake, strength for my parents, and unity in my marriage. I know I can’t do this alone, and any support or advice from the community would mean so much.
