Seeking Peace Amidst Anxiety

Lately, I find myself overwhelmed with anxiety, especially as I navigate some big changes in my life. I keep worrying about my future and how to adapt, and it's affecting my peace of mind. I had a stressful meeting last week that left me second-guessing everything, and it feels like the uncertainty is just growing. It’s hard to quiet my mind and trust that things will work out. I’m asking for prayer that I can find peace in the chaos and learn to lean on my faith more during these tough moments. I know God has a plan, but I need help truly believing that in my heart.
