Seeking Comfort in Grief
It's been just over a month since I lost Dad. Some days feel like a blur, and it’s hard to imagine life without him. I can't shake the guilt of not spending enough time with him before he passed. There are moments when I laugh at memories, but then the weight of emptiness hits me like a truck. I really want to find a way to process this grief and feel a sense of peace again.
