It feels overwhelming right now. I've been dealing with persistent fatigue and severe anxiety for months, which is making it tough to keep up with everything at home. I have an appointment on Friday with a new doctor, and I’m praying for clarity and help to manage this. Any prayers for healing and reassurance would mean so much.
