Navigating Major Life Changes

Lately, I've been feeling a bit lost with everything happening around me. My youngest just left for college last month, and while I’m proud, it also hit me hard. The quiet in the house is strange, and I find myself wondering what I should have done differently as a parent. It's silly, I know, but those ‘what if’ thoughts creep in, and I sometimes feel overwhelmed by regret. On top of that, I've been considering making some big changes in my own life. The thought of starting something new, maybe taking classes or even thinking about a part-time role, is both exciting and terrifying. I need clarity on the direction I should take. I feel a bit of pressure, too; I've been thinking about financial implications and how to maintain stability while stepping into something unknown.
