Navigating Grief and Loss

This past month has been incredibly difficult for me. I lost my sister unexpectedly, and the pain feels so heavy some days it's hard to breathe. We were always there for one another. We shared so many laughs and moments that now feel hollow without her. Her absence is a constant ache that I’m trying to navigate. I have so many questions and regrets that swirl around in my mind, and it feels like a fog I can’t quite break free from. I know I have to reach out and process my grief, but sometimes I just feel paralyzed, like I don’t really know how to take the next step. The holidays are coming up, and I’m scared. Scared that everything will feel empty and that I won't handle it well. Please pray for me to find healing and support in this overwhelming time. I hope to honor her memory, not just in sadness but in a way that celebrates the life she lived. If anyone has coping strategies or resources that have helped them, I would love those as well. I’m grateful for the love and support I’ve received so far; it means more than I can express.
