Guidance in a Tough Decision

I’m really struggling with a decision I need to make about a potential job opportunity that came up last week. It’s a step up, but the responsibilities feel overwhelming and I’d have to let go of some familiarity and comfort at my current role. I’ve been praying for clarity, but I just keep going in circles. I have two kids to think about, and the last thing I want is to make a hasty choice that impacts them negatively. If you could lift me up in your prayers for wisdom and peace, I would be so grateful. I’m hoping to make a decision by the end of the month, so time is a bit tight.
