Struggling with Financial Anxiety

I’m feeling completely overwhelmed with our current financial situation. We racked up nearly $3,000 in unexpected medical bills lately, and I can't seem to see a way to manage it all. Between the rising costs of groceries for our family and everything else, I’m honestly terrified of falling deeper into debt. I’ve got a couple of utility payments due soon, and the weight of it all is giving me constant anxiety. I know we’re blessed with a roof over our heads and food on the table, but I’m praying for clarity on how to bring in some extra income without it consuming my time completely.
