Struggling with Anxiety and Health

Recently, I've been feeling really overwhelmed with anxiety, and it’s starting to affect my daily life. I can’t seem to shake off this constant feeling of restlessness. I’ve also been having an uptick in migraines that make it hard to focus, especially after a stressful week at work. I’m trying to manage it without medication, but it feels tough some days. I’m scheduled to see a doctor next Friday, and I’m hoping for clarity and a solid plan. I know this sounds a bit much, but I appreciate any prayers for strength and healing. I want to feel like myself again and to navigate this without feeling so lost.
