Struggles with Family Dynamics

Life has been really overwhelming lately, and I need help. My husband and I have been butting heads over parenting decisions with our two kids, who are 10 and 12. Honestly, it feels like we're in a constant tug-of-war about discipline and balance. Also, my mom has been struggling with some health issues, and it's weighing on me more than I expected. I can't shake this feeling of wanting to keep everything together for our family, but it's hard. It's hard to communicate without arguing and to support my mom without feeling drained.
