Struggles with Chronic Pain

I'm feeling overwhelmed by chronic back pain that's been debilitating over the past few months. It's really affecting my daily life and making it hard to keep up with my son’s busy schedule and house chores. I have an appointment scheduled for next week, but I’m scared and unsure.
