Seeking Support for Ongoing Health Issues

This is hard for me to share, but I've been struggling with some health issues lately. I've had these persistent digestive problems for about six months now. It's affecting my energy and overall well-being, and I've got a follow-up appointment with a specialist next Thursday. I'm feeling anxious about what they might say and whether I'll finally get some answers. Not sure how to stay positive when it feels like everything is out of my control.
