Seeking Family Unity and Guidance

There’s so much on my heart right now regarding my family. My husband and I have been at odds lately over how to handle our teenagers, especially our youngest who just turned 16. He’s getting more rebellious and it feels like every conversation turns into a serious argument. I can’t help but wonder if we’re doing something wrong or if it’s just part of this phase. I really want us to come together and tackle this as a united front for the sake of our kids. Additionally, my mother’s health has been declining steadily, and it’s weighing heavily on me. She’s 78, and just last week she fell while trying to do some chores around the house. She insists she’s fine, but I worry about her living alone, especially since my father passed away two years ago. My siblings live far away, and I feel this responsibility resting squarely on my shoulders to make sure she’s looked after while also helping my kids navigate their teenage years. I pray for wisdom to handle these situations gracefully and for peace in our household. It’s exhausting, and I would appreciate any prayers for unity and strength as a family during this challenging time.
