Seeking Clarity in Transition
I've been feeling overwhelmed lately with some big life changes. My youngest just moved out for college last week, and it feels like a huge shift in my routine and my identity. I’ve been struggling with feeling lonely and detached, almost like I’m losing my purpose. I know this sounds dramatic, but I didn't expect it to hit me so hard. There's also that lingering thought about what I should do next professionally. I'm trying to sift through my options and make choices that align with where I see myself headed.
