Prayers for Peace and Justice

Lately, I've been feeling a heavy weight on my heart with everything happening in the world. Between the devastating earthquakes in Turkey and Syria affecting so many innocent lives and the ongoing conflicts that seem to tear countries apart, I can’t help but feel overwhelmed. My heart breaks for those families who have lost everything, especially the children caught in the crossfire or trying to survive with nothing. I know there are so many believers in those regions who are facing persecution simply for their faith, and it's hard to fathom their suffering while we live so relatively comfortable lives. On a more personal note, I’ve been discussing these issues with my two kids—trying to teach them about empathy and the importance of justice. It’s a challenge to balance their innocence with the harsh realities of the world. This week they’re participating in a school project aimed at raising awareness and support for impacted communities, and I’d love for that to spark some real changes in their hearts. Please pray that we can inspire hope in our small patch of the world while remaining mindful of the broader struggles many face. I truly believe that prayer can pave the way for healing and peace, and I appreciate your support.
