Prayer for Global Peace and Justice

This feels heavy on my heart lately. With everything that’s been happening across the globe—war, natural disasters, and the ongoing persecution of believers in so many countries—it’s hard not to feel overwhelmed. Honestly, it seems like every time I turn on the news, there’s another tragedy or crisis. I keep thinking about families who have lost everything in wildfires or floods, and how many people are suffering just trying to live out their faith. It's heartbreaking. I’m especially concerned about the believers in parts of Asia and the Middle East who are facing daily threats and violence simply for their faith. It’s easy to forget that while we gather here for community, others are risking their lives for the same right to worship. I’m praying for their protection and for justice to prevail where injustice is rampant. I also want to ask for prayers for peace in conflict-ridden areas—so many innocent people are caught in the crossfire. Let’s also lift our voices for those affected by natural disasters. Many are struggling to rebuild their lives, facing economic hardships and trauma. I know we can make a difference through prayer, compassion, and action. I’m holding onto hope that God can work in these dark situations, and I trust that our prayers can reach beyond ourselves, to heal the brokenness around the world.
