Navigating Family Changes

I'm feeling really uneasy about some changes in my family dynamic lately. My youngest has been struggling with anxiety, and it's hard to see them go through so much. We're also trying to figure things out after my sister's recent divorce—not exactly what I expected after all these years of family gatherings. I can't shake this feeling of instability and worry about how it all impacts the kids. If you could keep us in your thoughts, I’m hoping for guidance and peace through these changes.
